Most homeowners think about keeping their homes comfortable and energy efficient, but many overlook one of the most important factors affecting their family's health—Indoor Air Quality (IAQ). Cooking is one of the largest sources of indoor air pollution in many homes, making a quality range hood or kitchen exhaust system an essential part of maintaining healthy indoor air.

Another major indoor air quality concern is radon—a naturally occurring radioactive gas that enters homes through cracks and openings in foundations and from exposed earth in crawlspaces. Radon is colorless, odorless, and impossible to detect without testing. Long-term exposure is the second leading cause of lung cancer in the United States. Testing for radon and installing a mitigation system when elevated levels are found can significantly reduce this risk and provide peace of mind.
