Cost Effective Technical Evaluations
We pride ourself on being able to create a taylored experience for your building performance needs.
At Accurate-Airtight Exterior we perform onsite building performance evaluations to diagnostic testing on existing and new construction buildings. We are uniquely positioned to offer technical building enclosure review services through years of pressure boundary work, thermal boundary, energy assessments (envelope-lighting-heating), and related quality assurance monitoring.
Quality assurance builds the quality into the project at the front end of the project. this ensures a comprehensive approach that by design is suited to control errors. This prevents errors before they are more costly to fix. Quality control builds quality in at the back end of the project, but may not be as effective at ensuring a well built building.

Just a quick note about the air sealing that you did in our home. It has worked as you indicated that it would. We noticed an immediate improvement in our basement. We obviously had some problems in that area that one would not normally associate with a nine year old home.
