He provided field team supervision, training, and support for Accurate Airtight's weatherization projects across all territories and work sectors. Wallace had continued education through attending countless energy efficiency trainings, conferences, webinars, and field trainings. He insulated, air sealed, and ventilated thousands of homes and commercial buildings during his career and is recognized as one of the best in the business on using practical solutions to challenging building integrity issues.
